Home Care SEO Case Study: 13x Traffic in Five Months

An in-home senior care agency in Vero Beach, Florida had served hundreds of families but drew fewer than 200 website visits a month. A new site with 204 service area pages grew traffic 13x in five months and produced 83 quote requests in a single month.

The challenge

Where the Project Started

The agency had served more than 300 families with over 200 certified caregivers, but its website did not reflect that experience. It drew roughly 95 to 200 visits a month and did not speak to the affluent families the owners most wanted to reach.

The owners identified one coastal community as the first market to win, then wanted to expand across neighboring communities and counties.

Families choosing senior care need trust above all. The site had to feel warm and credible, answer hard questions about care, cost and coverage and make it easy to request a quote.

The approach

How We Approached It

The site was designed around trust. Real photography of caregivers and clients, a warm and steady visual style and a downloadable home care handbook made the agency feel personal and established from the first visit.

Coverage came next. Ten pages per community gave families a specific answer for each type of care in the place they live, starting with the community the owners most wanted to win and expanding across neighboring counties.

Content answered the hard questions families face, from dementia stages to care costs and Medicare coverage, and the agency published a steady rhythm of articles and news releases. Content was also shaped to answer questions directly in Google AI Overviews.
