How ordering works
Every Neon Manatee service has its price on the page and an online checkout. You choose what you need, see the total before you pay, and place the order with a card through Square. Our server checks every price again against our published pricing before anything is charged, so the amount you pay always matches the page.
Projects estimated above $60,000 are scoped with our team before an order is placed. Everything else is ordered online.
Order confirmation
Your order is placed when your payment or deposit goes through. You receive an order number on screen and a confirmation by email. Our team reaches out the same business day, or the next business day for orders placed after hours, weekends or holidays, to start your project.
Payment options
- Websites: pay in full, or start with a deposit. Under $5,000, a $497 deposit reserves your build and the balance is due before your site goes live. From $5,000, the build starts with 30 percent, then 40 percent when you approve the design and 30 percent before launch. Deposits are non-refundable and credited in full to your build.
- Hosting and care: billed monthly starting on your launch day, then on the same day each month.
- SEO plans: the first month is due when you order, and the plan renews on the same day each month until you cancel.
- AI builds: start with the deposit shown at checkout, with the balance due as described in your order.
- Apps: start with a 30 percent deposit of the estimated price, with the rest due at the milestones in your order.
- Custom quotes: start with the deposit shown on your quote, 30 percent unless the quote says otherwise.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where required. If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not placed and work does not begin.
Monthly billing and late payments
Monthly plans are charged automatically to the card on file on the day they renew, and you receive a receipt by email. If a charge fails, we retry it over the next few days and email you a secure link where you can pay the invoice or update your card.
An invoice that is more than 5 days past due adds a late fee of 1.5 percent of the unpaid invoice amount for each month or part of a month it stays unpaid, or the highest rate the law allows if that is lower. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, the plan is paused until it is paid. Progress and balance invoices for larger builds follow the same terms.
Card on file. Monthly plans keep your card on file with Square, and you authorize us to charge it on each renewal day. On a one-time build you can also choose, at checkout, on a quote or on your project page, to let us charge the card on file for the remaining balance and other project invoices when they come due; without that choice, each invoice comes to you by email to pay. Every charge is followed by an emailed receipt. You can update your card or cancel a plan from your project page at any time.
Our guarantee
- On-time launch. A Fast Lane Website launches within 10 business days of the day we have everything we asked for: your content, logins and approvals. If we miss that window for a reason on our side, we refund 10 percent of the website build price when your site launches. Delays while we wait on your content, approvals, logins or change requests, and outages at third parties such as your domain registrar, do not count.
- Revisions until you approve the design. Design revisions are included until you approve the design, for the pages and features in your order. New pages or features are priced from our published pricing as a change, and you approve the price before any extra work begins.
- No long-term contract. Hosting and care plans and SEO plans have no minimum term. Cancel anytime, and the plan stops renewing at the end of the current billing month.
To claim the on-time launch refund, contact us with your order number within 30 days of your launch.
What happens after you order
We send a short onboarding form and ask for what we need from you: logo, photos, service details, logins and any content you want to supply. Timelines, such as 7 to 10 business days for most Fast Lane Websites, start when we have that material, and they move if approvals or content arrive late.
Changes to an order
If you want to add pages, features or services after ordering, we price the change from our published pricing and you approve it before any extra work begins. Removing items after work has started is handled under our Refund Policy.
Paused projects
If we cannot reach you or have not received the material we need, we pause your project and let you know in writing. Your deposit or payment stays applied to the project and work resumes as soon as you are ready. Paused projects are not refunded because they are waiting on you, not on us.
