Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this website and buying our services, written to be read, not skimmed.

Effective October 25, 2026

Using this website

These terms apply when you use neonmanateedigital.com or buy a service from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Neon Manatee is a Florida-based web design, SEO and AI services agency and a sister brand of Best Website Builder Group.

Prices and orders

Prices are listed on the site in US dollars and checked again by our server when you place an order, so the amount you are charged always matches our published pricing for the options you chose. Taxes may be added where required.

An order is accepted when payment or the deposit goes through and you receive a confirmation. Projects estimated above $60,000 are scoped with our team before an order is placed.

Payments, deposits and renewals

  • Websites can be paid in full or started with a deposit. Builds under $5,000 start with a $497 deposit and the balance is invoiced before launch. Builds of $5,000 and up start with 30 percent of the price, 40 percent is invoiced when you approve the design and the last 30 percent before launch. Deposits and milestone payments reserve our team's time, so they are non-refundable, and every dollar is credited to your project.
  • Hosting and care plans and SEO plans renew every month on the same day of the month the plan started, until you cancel. Hosting starts on the day your site launches. SEO plans start on the day you order, and the first month is paid at checkout.
  • Monthly plans are charged automatically to the card Square keeps on file for us. If a charge fails, we try again over the following days and email you a secure link to pay or update your card.
  • Invoices that are more than 5 days past due add a late fee of 1.5 percent of the unpaid invoice amount for each month or part of a month it stays unpaid, or the highest rate the law allows if that is lower.
  • If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, the plan is paused: SEO work stops and hosting receives a final notice. Nothing is deleted, and the plan resumes as soon as the invoice is paid.
  • AI builds start with the deposit shown at checkout, and app projects start with a 30 percent deposit of the estimated price.
  • Card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time through our contact page, and it will stop renewing at the end of the current billing month. Payments are non-refundable unless a refund is approved for a valid reason under our Refund Policy. How orders, deposits and project timelines work is explained in our Ordering Policy.

Our guarantee

We stand behind three promises, explained in full in the guarantee section of our Ordering Policy: on-time Fast Lane launches, design revisions until you approve the design, and monthly plans with no long-term contract.

What we deliver and what we need from you

We deliver the work described on the service page and in your order confirmation. Timelines, such as 7 to 10 business days for most Fast Lane Websites, depend on receiving your content, logins and approvals when we ask for them. If those arrive late, the timeline moves with them.

You confirm that you have the rights to the logos, photos, text and other material you send us, and that publishing it will not break any law or anyone else's rights.

Results

We work to improve your rankings, traffic, leads and visibility in AI answers, and we share real results from past projects in our case studies. Search engines and AI tools are run by other companies and change often, so we cannot promise a specific ranking, traffic level or revenue result.

Who owns what

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design created for you, and the domain registered in your name. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and you receive a license to use them as part of your website. We may show your finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, send spam through our forms or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

AI features

The Ask Neon Manatee assistant and the app estimator use AI to answer questions and suggest prices. Their answers are helpful starting points, not binding offers. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout and confirmed by our server.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the effective date at the top, is the one that applies. Orders already placed follow the terms in effect when they were placed.
